Filcon Developments Pty Ltd, trading as Fildev, was born out of two strong teams. The one being the two owners of Filcon Projects, Marcello Pulumbo and Filippo Cinti, one of the Western Cape's bigger construction companies with projects in excess of a billion rand for 2008. The others are the partners of Antworx property developments, a niche Western Cape property development company, spearheaded by Richard Goudvis and Craig Delport, who have had experience in both residential and commercial developments.
Our companies approach to development is an integrated one. With our formidable building and professional team we are able to look at any development through the eyes of our in-house professionals, be it from structured finance and legal, different costing options in building, what sells in different markets and then the all important building process, to give a superb finished product.
